Entry to the Museum is free, but charges apply for the IMAX 3D Theatre, simulators and for some temporary exhibitions which are on throughout the year.

The Museum now holds a collection of over 300,000 objects.  Famous items include the Stephenson’s Rocket, Puffing Billy which is the oldest surviving steam locomotive.  The first jet engine, the first steam engine and other more modern items such as James Watson’s model of DNA.  It is a great museum for the whole family and contains hundreds of interactive exhibits.  It is pretty large and you will have trouble seeing everything in one visit.

As well as being close to the Science Museum we are also close to many London attractions including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Hyde Park.  If you flying in from Gatwick and Heathrow airport then again we are in a great location.
